This workshop is designed to have you learn and practice a couple of ways in which to allow Spirit to come through your writing. Combining Spirit with the written word has the power to bring forward a whole new depth to a topic as well as separate information and different communicators altogether than otherwise typically received in the evidence and messages disseminated through mental mediumship. Much like in the physical world, the written word matters and can have a way of captivating your mind and soul more than the spoken word alone, taking you to places new, forgotten, or worth revisiting in this life that is you thereby offering further insight and change. That said, both though should be appreciated and celebrated as their combination as you'll find paints a beautiful picture not achievable when isolated from each other, and that truth is letters from Spirit.
Presenter: Chris DeSerio, MA, CHt, is a trance, platform, and physical medium as well as an energy healer, metaphysical tutor, author, and clinical hypnotherapist whose spent the past 20 years teaching psychic development, mediumship, and energy healing throughout the country.

Utilizing chair dance for this movement workshop, we will allow motivational music and movement to inspire us. After a short, full body, warm up the group will learn simple choreography, while having fun and allow the spirit of dance and music to move us. No previous dance experience is necessary.
Claudia DeVita is a graduate of the Hartford Conservatory of Music and Dance and following graduation in 1972 she opened Allegra Dance Studio on West Putnam Avenue in Greenwich. Allegra Dance was the premier dance studio in Fairfield County boasting staff of 15 top professionals in their fields and training 500 dancers weekly in classical ballet, modern dance, jazz, hip-hop and tap.
