Instructors: Rev. Liz Hoy and Rev. Kathleen James, NST are ordained by the National Spiritualist Association of Churches and serve on the Pastoral Care Committee at the Center for Spiritual Development in Old Greenwich, CT. They have taught mediumship workshops on various levels at the Center, Morris Pratt Institute and Spiritual Centers of America. It is their belief that everyone can connect to the Spirit World and higher realms in their own way. They are both natural mediums who have had extensive training in mediumship. Among their teachers are international mediums Rev. Janet Nohavec at The Journey Within, Eileen Davies, Collin Bates, Mavis Pittilla, Tony Stockwell, Simon James, Brian Robertson and John Johnson at Arthur Findlay College, England and Elaine Sommerville, Newcastle, U.K. Their mission is to help others by bringing awareness that there is so much more to this world than they could imagine and to empower them to make their own personal connections to the spirit world.

THE SKY IS THE LIMIT SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2025 10AM-4PM $125 REGISTER AT CSDPASTOR@GMAIL.COM Wherever you are on your extraordinary and never-ending journey of mediumship, this workshop will allow you to overcome barriers and limitations and move forward smoothly on that journey at a rate which is comfortable for you. We will refresh your knowledge of the mechanics of mediumship – we call it the keyboard as it is like a piano keyboard – the way it works never changes. What changes is the person who plays it, and how much they practice. We will check your contract with Spirit to ensure it is comfortable and appropriate for you, and let you get familiar with how your Backstage Crew works for you. You will be shown different techniques for both psychic and mediumistic readings, and there will be exercises which will refine and strengthen your mediumship abilities. These exercises will be set at varying levels to allow for the fact that you are unique in your abilities and where you are on your journey.

ENERGY AND AWARENESS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2025 1-3PM $35 Energy and Awareness are the two main ingredients of mediumship. Our physical senses and our energy field/chakras combine to give us the awareness which allows our outer world to influence our inner world – but do we understand them, and do we use them fully. This workshop will clarify your knowledge and empower you both to take control of what or who affects you and make appropriate choices and also facilitate communication from Spirit. Your awareness of both incarnate and discarnate energies will be enhanced

IN-PERSON READINGSWITH SANDI & MIKE MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29TH $65 (30 MINUTES) $85 (45 MINUTES) Sandi will offer psychic readings including an area of the client's life chosen by them, followed by a communication from the Spirit World during which Sandi will clearly identify the Spirit person and pass on their message. Mike will offer readings where he will go down to the Delta/Trance state and act as a conduit for the Spirit doctors so they can carry out the healing. As they leave, he will be made aware of what healing has been done, why it was needed and relevant advice for the recipient so that the effects of the healing can be maintained.

Sandi and Mike have been working mediums and healers for over 18 years. They were trained at the Arthur Findlay College in the UK in mediumship, trance/deep energy healing and teaching. They currently work in the UK, Australia, Dubai and France, both in person and on Zoom. They run certificated courses in mediumship, deep energy healing, and animal communication and teacher training at both foundation and advanced levels, as well as offering readings and healings.

Through a process of structured meditations on potent spiritual phrases, students will be exposed to the internal spiritual development of Jacob’s Ladder. “The story of Jacob's Ladder is an ancient allegorical biblical tale, describing the alchemical process of reaching complete Gnosis, or what some may call Sainthood, Buddhahood or enlightenment. A symbolic ladder that we all may climb if we wish to reach the spiritual heights of the divine in the heavens while we are encased in physical matter here on earth.”

Rev Greg is an ordained minister and has been involved with spiritual studies for over 40 years. He is a Student of Metaphysics, Philosophy, Spiritualism, Tibetan and Zen Buddhism, the works of Austrian Scientist and Philosopher Rudolf Steiner and is a member of the Ancient Mystical Order of the Rose Cross. He was trained under an accomplished trance and trumpet medium and metaphysician Dr. Rev. William Daut. Reverend Kathleen James, NST has been a Spiritualist for over 40 years and serves on the Pastoral Committee at the Center for Spiritual Development in Old Greenwich, CT. She is a natural medium who has also had extensive training from international mediums Tony Stockwell, Rev.
